2. Fees and Payments

We offer both one-time bill analysis and monthly subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as covered by our 60-day savings guarantee (where if no savings are found, you are entitled to a full refund).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload the utility bills you submit to our service. You must provide accurate and complete information during your use of the platform.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While our AI is highly accurate, we do not guarantee that all billing errors will be caught, or that utility companies will honor dispute requests. CheckMyBills is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the recommendations.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
