To perform our AI-powered bill analysis, we collect the utility bills you upload (including electricity, water, gas, waste, and internet bills). These bills contain information such as your name, billing address, account number, usage history, and rates.
We use the uploaded bills solely to detect billing errors, compare your rates with local benchmarks, and identify federal, state, and local rebates or savings programs you may qualify for.
Critical Policy: Your uploaded bill files and the data extracted from them are deleted immediately after the analysis is complete. We do not store your raw bill data or personal details on our servers long-term. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption for all file uploads and data transfers.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or bill information to third parties. We are fully compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
